participants to help lead and grow the club. For our club to be successful we need a dedicated core of individuals to lead the organization.If you accept a position you will be expected to attend a monthly board meeting and carry out the tasks your position is responsible for. You will be asked to attend our events and act as an ambassador for the club and the Alumni Association. To be a Gator Club of Jacksonville board member you must be a member of the University of Florida Alumni Association. Join UFAA here! (It is not required that you be a UF graduate, only a UFAA member.) Those interested in serving on the 2012-2013 Board of Directors please email nominate@jaxgatorclub.com by Monday, June 4. International Gator Day volunteer plans announced!Gator Clubs across the globe will unite with Gator spirit and serve their local communities on International Gator Day. Join the Gator Club of Jacksonville as we volunteer our time and talents to help Duval County!This year we will be volunteering at the Teacher Supply Depot. Their mission is to collect donated materials from companies throughout the Jacksonville area and give those supplies and materials free to district schools. We will be sorting through those donated supplies and organizing them for distribution.
