In the Spring of 2024, over one hundred local high school seniors applied for a scholarship from the Gator Club of Jacksonville. Having been accepted into the University of Florida, these eager future Gators represented some of the brightest of the brightest.

With the high standards set forth by UF, the nation’s #1 public university, it was no surprise these applicants excelled in academics, community service, sports, leadership, and various extracurriculars. Narrowing down these talented applicants was no small feat! After thoughtful consideration, the Gator Club of Jacksonville’s board members voted and 12 worthy applicants rose to the top.
