Every year, more than 100 local students apply for a scholarship from the Gator Club of Jacksonville. These eager future Gators represent the brightest in our community. With UF's high standards, it's no surprise our applicants excel in academics, community service, sports, leadership, and extracurriculars.

Thanks to the generosity of our members, friends and neighbors, each scholarship recipient is awarded $2,500 to assist with the costs of their first year at the University of Florida.  In anticipation of another crop of eager future Gators, the Gator Club of Jacksonville hosts events like this to make the orange and blue dreams of 2026’s awardees come true.

Our goal is to exceed last year’s fundraising to provide as many future UF students from our city with scholarships. Our efforts rely on the support of generous donors and participants like you!
